On De Loskade in Groningen you will experience a wealth of convenience and comfort. All 32 studios and 14 single-family houses are fully equipped with furniture and upholstery. This means you’ll have a complete kitchen with appliances and inventory at your disposal.
De Loskade is like a testing ground for living based on sustainability and circularity. As a temporary tenant you live in a “living lab”. This means that at least once a month you will participate in a (usually online) survey. Additionally, you will need to allow the landlord to visit the house at agreed times (of course in consultation) to check or replace installations.
To be eligible for a temporary rental home, you will need a (permanent) employment contract or a guarantor. The deposit is one month’s rent. You need to transfer this sum before completion of your home, in combination with the first month’s rent.
